Range banned without any reason?

Hello,
I already haven't been online for a very long time (> 1 year) and yesterday I had to notice unfortunately that I'm ranged banned (on both servers).
I tried to log in with VPN but it told me that my account is banned. The reason for this occurence is unknown for me.
It would be nice if someone help me!
