Your account has been compromised twice, we're not going to allow a password change, you can make a new account (and this time do not share your password)

Hey admins!

I've got an issue with logging in to my account "Mendo" on your servers. It seems like I have forgotten my password, even thought I'm pretty sure I got it right. Is it possible it was deactivated or something? If not, could you reset the password for me?

Please let me know what can be done.

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the password, if you lost it then admins can't help you but try to remember it otherwise you should create a new account.
