What samp version? what's new ip address?

Hello, I am new and need some help. What's CnR new ip address and their version?
Because I can't connect and the server list shows 0/0 no connection at all.

Is it 0.3 DL 1 or 0.3.7 R4 ??

Hello, I'm new player here. But why does the ip address don't work?
I am using : 167.114.42.236:7777 and 167.114.42.237:7777
Did the server changed their ip address? I can't connect with both servers.

I haven't create ingame account yet, because I never get ingame.

You will need the latest version of SA-MP. SA-MP latest version

The servers should show up regardless of SAMP client version. If you connect using an incorrect version, it will display the 'Incorrect version' message and disconnect.
But if your range banned or have the same routing issue as i do then you'll see exactly that.

Okay it explained everything, but how come I get range banned. I don't even play in the server yet?
Any admin could help our situation?

(I will try to use VPN apps for a while, and let's see if it works.)
Is that allowed?

If you can find a way to connect that's fine, as long as you are not circumventing a ban. It might also be wise to try and inform an admin online of your situation, when you are connected through a VPN.
