Scams / Buying Donator Status - READ ME!
Hello everyone, I wanted to take some time to address a couple of issues:

In Game Scams / Buying In-Game Items / Buying Donator Status

1) ANYTHING outside the game script / commands is AT YOUR OWN RISK
Buying anything from another player without using the appropriate in-game commands, for example, is at your own risk. You shouldn't participate in transactions unless it's built into CnR, for your own protection. There are commands to buy and sell most items safely, in-game.

2) Other players CANNOT sell you Donating Player Status
Although players can donate for friends, players cannot sell you donator status for real money or in-game money. Other players cannot set your donating player level, and nobody will request your password to set your level. You should NOT purchase donator status, donate to the servers if you are able to and you want to help keep CnR running. You should NOT give your password away to get donator status. Players selling donator status will be banned.

3) Do NOT buy in-game items for real money
CnR is free. If you buy in-game items from other players for money, there is a good chance you will lose your money. We could also do a life / money / house reset at anytime, in which case you'd lose any items you purchased.

4) Do NOT sell in-game items for real money
Nobody is making any money from CnR, and many of us put a lot of work into it so you can play. If you're making money from playing, you'd better be donating it to help keep the servers running. If we find out you're selling anything in-game for real money, we'll be happy to reset and/or remove your account(s).

Although certain small scams aren't forbidden, they're not encouraged either. If you're scamming other players, be prepared to suffer the consequences at anytime... And once again, players caught using other players' accounts will be banned and have their accounts disabled and/or removed.

Password Security

1) DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON
The security of your account is your responsibility. There is never any reason to give your passwords away to anyone. Sharing accounts is forbidden, and other players do not need access to your account to give you items. If you give your password away, prepare to have everything stolen from your account over and over.

2) DO NOT USE THE SAME PASSWORD IN MULTIPLE PLACES (especially on different sa-mp servers)
Each place you enter a password could have access to your password. Many people seem to have their in-game password compromised by using the same password on another server.

3) Do Not use other people's accounts
If you login to another players account for any reason, you will be banned and your account(s) will be disabled.

Thank you

Thank you based Bob.

Interesting you brought up the real world trading thing, I have brought up the issue with a bunch of other admins, anticipating the day when Chinese gold farmers invade CnR to fish and do stocks to make a living.

This is a good information but I still think it's the player responsibility or their fault. Still good information! ;)
